Welcome, I'm grateful you are here.
Our business and life challenges are the murky water that we bloom in.
Sometimes you choose the murky water (in pursuit of becoming your best) and sometimes the murky water chooses you (with unforeseen situations).
Lotus flowers only grow in murky water. And we are no different.
As a professional life coach, my job is to help you and/or your business rise out of the murky water and achieve your greatest goals.
“Vulnerability is not winning or losing; it's having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome. Vulnerability is not weakness; it's our greatest measure of courage.”
— Brené Brown

Coaching Process
You, and only you, can determine the path in life that will leave you most fulfilled.
My coaching philosophy blends psychology, management science, and spirituality to help you become that "great leader" in your personal and professional life.
We will take a holistic approach to ensure that you not only achieve your goals, but also balance in all areas of your life: emotional, mental, physical, spiritual, social, and financial.
Each session is like a conversation between long-time friends, where I will ask questions that create awareness and "a-ha moments" — shifts in perception about your life.
These shifts in perception change the entire game because they alter how you see and show up in the world.
With your elevated confidence, we will co-create an action plan to develop the beliefs and habits necessary to achieve your next-level goals and dreams.
"Every action you take is a vote for the person you wish to become."
— James Clear

Are coaching and therapy the same thing? Both coaching and therapy are powerful ways to improve your life and well-being. Therapy focuses on healing from the past in order to create a better present and future. Coaching focuses on working toward goals, engaging with the past primarily to identify limiting beliefs and behaviors that might act as barriers in achieving them. Keenan has clients who also have therapists, as well as clients who find his coaching allows them to achieve any goals they might have for therapy.
-
Why would Keenan be a good coach for me?You believe anything is possible with the right awareness, hard work, and patience You want to level up your career and business You want to improve your intimate, familial, and community relationships You are open to learning and trying new techniques to bring balance to your mind, body, and spirit You are on a heroic journey: overcoming big challenges and pursuing big goals You understand time is your greatest asset and want to make the most of it
-
Why would Keenan not be a good coach for me?Your biggest goals are related to validation by others (i.e. looking good on social media) You are unwilling to sacrifice being comfortable in order to become your best self You are opposed to working to bring your mind, body, and spirit into balance You think money, power, and fame are all you need in order to be fulfilled You have zero desire to give back with any success you achieve
-
Does Keenan use magical persuasion tactics?Keenan understands there are many unethical coaches out there who promise results they are unable to produce and only see their clients as $$$. Keenan loves his clients like they are his family, and is committed to seeing them shine. (Watch any of the video testimonials and you will see that his coaching is not a plastic interaction, it touches the soul.) Professionally, Keenan follows the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics (https://coachingfederation.org/ethics/code-of-ethics), so there are no deceptive sales/marketing tactics. His word is his bond.
-
Why does coaching cost so much? You get what you pay for. With your investment, you are paying for a coach with a proven track record of getting you results that will last a lifetime. You will also enjoy the peace of mind that comes from knowing that your coach has been certified by the International Coaching Federation (highest professional and ethical standards) and follows the ICF Code of Ethics (https://coachingfederation.org/ethics/code-of-ethics). You will receive access to the lessons your coach has learned from the 10,000+ hours he has dedicated to personal and spiritual development - including over 1,000 days in India. You will tap into the professional network and knowledge that your coach has acquired from a decade-long career in program management, management consulting, and business development at the nation's top banks and management consulting firms. (*If you research coaches in Keenan’s peer class - with the same level of executive experience and proven results - you will see they charge 2-3x his hourly rate.*)
-
How do I know if coaching is right for me?Ask yourself: Do I have goals that I need to achieve? Would it be helpful for me to have an ally who affirms my potential and holds me accountable? Am I open to shifting my beliefs and behaviors to become who I hope to be? If you answered yes to all of the above, then you should consider coaching.
-
Why would I choose Keenan for my coach?Keenan always recommends that clients find the coach who feels right for them. His coaching practice is built on his life experiences: navigating the corporate world, cultivating healthy relationships, and learning to live an authentic, high-vibrational life. He has experienced all the highs and lows that come from venturing into the unknown in pursuit of one’s dreams, his own journey beginning in January 2016. Keenan understands what it takes to overcome the ego's fears and doubts on this path. Becoming your best self takes self-reflection, honesty, courage, and dedication to a higher purpose. Keenan lives by these values every day, and supports his clients to do the same.
-
What are the most common coaching goals?Keenan’s clients’ goals have included: Taking one’s career/business to the next level Pursuing one’s life goals without doubt and fear Responding to urgent situations around one’s job, relationships, or health Overcoming perfectionism in order to get things done Learning to speak and live by one’s truth Cultivating balance, joy, and peace Gaining clarity around one’s gifts and purpose Developing healthier relationships Attracting the right type of people
-
What other benefits will I receive from coaching? The list of coaching benefits is endless, but these are the most common: Increased compensation/business revenue Expedited promotions/business milestone achievement Learning to be present and live in the moment Letting go of the need for validation from others Heightened sense of confidence and empowerment Learning to let the heart - and not the ego - become one’s guide Becoming a better listener at home and in the workplace Breaking generational habits and beliefs Discovering that peace and joy can only be found within

My Story
I spent nearly a decade working in the banking industry. As a high-powered and high-stressed management consultant turned business development executive, I sacrificed a great deal to move my way up the corporate ladder.
But at some point, I realized that money, material possessions and entertainment were not going to be enough to keep me fulfilled with my life.
In January 2016, I quit my job at the height of my career and spent 1,000 days in India — where my partner had gone to get experience working on women’s rights issues in her home country before applying for her Ph.D.
While there, my personal focus was on getting to know myself and learning to live an authentic life that brought me the most fulfillment. Letting go of all outside expectations, I learned to let my heart be my guide.
Professionally, I built a world-class coaching practice — cultivating one skill and competency at a time. Including getting ICF-certified by Coacharya, an exceptional organization that blends executive coaching with western philosophy and eastern spirituality.
In September 2019, I moved to Seattle, Washington with my partner who is getting her Ph.D. from the University of Washington.
I helped found a tech startup to develop an app for coaches, creators, and organizations who want to make more impact and money doing what they love in private online communities.
And I still coach a limited group of clients, because watching people overcome their challenges and fulfill their dreams is my greatest passion.
